Short version: the app is free during the beta, it is provided as it is, you check what comes out of the printer, and nothing here affects your legal rights as a consumer.
PR Labeller is licensed, not sold. You may install and use it on Macs you own or control, for personal or business use, including printing labels for customers.
During the beta, which runs until 1 March 2027, every part of the app is unlocked and free. After that date, printing labels you already have stays free permanently, and designing or editing labels becomes part of a one-off purchase of £9.99. There is no subscription and no account.
Please do not sell the app, present it as your own, or take it apart to produce something that competes with it.
PR Labeller sends print jobs through the printer driver already installed on your Mac. It does nothing to alter, bypass or interfere with any measure built into a printer or its consumables, and it never will.
It reads and writes label and address book files in formats other programs also use. It is an independent program and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Sanford, L.P. or its subsidiaries. DYMO and LabelWriter are their trademarks, used here only to say which files this program reads and which printers it prints to.
Printing is physical and printers vary. Check a label before you run a hundred of them, and check an address before you post a parcel. We cannot be responsible for labels that print wrongly, stock that is wasted, or deliveries that go astray.
The app is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that it is free of faults or that it will suit a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, Zeboose Ltd is not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
These terms may change; the date below changes with them, and the version you agreed to is the one in force when you installed. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
