PR Labeller does not collect anything, does not send anything, and has no server to send it to. This page says so in more detail, and is honest about the two places where somebody other than you does see something: the website and your email.
PR Labeller has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no crash reporting and no network code of any kind. It does not check for updates. Nothing you do in it leaves your Mac.
Your labels, your address books and your settings are files on your own computer, in the places you chose. The app reads and writes them there. It makes a dated backup of an address book before it changes one, alongside the book itself. Nothing is copied anywhere else.
Settings ▸ Diagnostics writes a technical summary: the app and macOS versions, your Mac model, the printer and driver, the label sizes the driver offers, and the print alignment in use. It contains no addresses, no contacts and nothing from your labels.
The report is composed on your Mac and shown to you. Pressing Send… opens a message in your own mail application, already addressed to prlabeller@gmail.com, with the text in it. You can read it, delete any part of it, and then send it yourself – or not send it. The app never sends anything on its own.
This site is served by GitHub Pages and the downloads come from GitHub Releases. It has no cookies, no scripts, no web fonts and no trackers. GitHub, as the host, records ordinary web server information such as IP addresses, and counts how many times a file has been downloaded. That is GitHub's processing rather than ours, and is covered by GitHub's privacy statement. We see only the download totals, which are numbers with nothing attached to them.
If you write to prlabeller@gmail.com, we keep your message so we can answer it and so that a bug you reported is not forgotten. We do not add you to any list, and there is no list to add you to. Ask and your correspondence will be deleted.
Zeboose Ltd, registered in England and Wales, is the data controller for the email described above. Write to prlabeller@gmail.com about anything on this page, including a request to see or delete what we hold. Under UK data protection law you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
